When will it arrive?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–8 business days. Many arrive sooner — recent orders have reached customers in five days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Why not overnight?

Every bottle is filled to order rather than sitting in a warehouse, so what reaches you is fresh. I think that's worth a few extra days.

Where we ship

We ship throughout the United States. We aren't able to ship to Alaska or Hawaii yet.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our fulfillment center. If you haven't received tracking within a week of ordering, email me and I'll look into it.

If something goes wrong

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email me directly at hello@zenitralabs.com and I'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
